Cabin:	Nightly	Weekly
The Gate House	Please Call for Nightly Rate	$ 1400.00 plus tax

Cabin:	Less Than 3 Nights	Three Nights or Longer	Weekly
The Trout House	$225.00 per night plus tax	$ 185.00 per night plus tax	$ 1100.00 plus tax
No pets are allowed and no smoking in the cabins. We accept personal checks, Visa, Master card or American Express.

tax is calculated on a 9.7% rate
all prices are subject to change

Prices are based on the following occupancy:
The Gate House	6 People
The Trout House	4 People

Additional occupants are $25 per person per night.

Deposit:

We require a 50% deposit to secure all reservations.

Cancellation Policy:

        Your deposit is refundable only if we are able to re-book your canceled nights.
          You are responsible for the entire rental amount if you cancel within 30 days of the reservation.

Check out time is 11 am

Because of the sensitivity of our animals we are sorry to say that:
Pets are not permitted

There is No Smoking permitted at our accommodations

Bedding will be provided for 6 people for the Gate House and 4 for the Trout House. Additional arrangements will need to be made for additional bedding

Renters are expected to leave the cabins clean, failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee.

We value the serenity of our surroundings and expect all our guests to
maintain reasonable levels of sound that are respectful to the animals and to other guests
